The goal of the new NFV SPARK program at North Fayette Valley High School in West Union, Iowa, is to offer students authentic learning opportunities while connecting them to community workplace experiences with focuses on community needs and career and college readiness. Students will evaluate community needs and partner with community entities to tackle real-life issues utilizing content knowledge and workplace skills to build career and college readiness.
